Overview
Join RoomPriceGenie, a globally impacting startup dedicated to helping hoteliers optimize pricing, by supporting revenue teams in North America. This role focuses on enabling and scaling sales and revenue teams through effective onboarding, training, and content creation. You will work remotely with teams across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
Your Role
The Remote Enablement Specialist for North America will:
- Onboarding & Ramp-Up: Design and maintain scalable onboarding programs, audit existing materials, and manage LMS systems.
- Sales Enablement Content: Create playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides while collaborating with Product Marketing.
- Knowledge Management & Self-Service Learning: Manage internal knowledge bases and promote self-service culture.
- Process & Tool Adoption: Define and scale commercial workflows and support tool rollouts such as HubSpot and Modjo.
- Learning Design & Delivery: Develop engaging live and asynchronous sessions and train-the-trainer programs.
- Performance Coaching & Skill Development: Identify skill gaps and deliver enablement frameworks and coaching toolkits.
- Proactive Enablement & Strategic Alignment: Translate product and commercial changes into clear messaging.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting: Track key metrics and communicate business impact insights.
Your Profile
Key requirements include C2-level English, experience in sales or revenue enablement in B2B SaaS or hotel tech, a self-starter attitude, and a proven track record in building onboarding programs. Candidates should be comfortable facilitating remote sessions, have a coaching mindset, and be tech-savvy with tools like Modjo, LMS platforms, CRM, and Guru.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with revenue-management principles.
- Additional language skills in a multilingual team setting.
- Experience with Hubspot, BANT, and MEDDPICC.
