Overview

The Enterprise Client Delivery Lead at Foundation Source is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role. You serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding institutional clients such as banks, investment advisors, and enterprise partners onto the Enterprise and Impactfully platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Implementation (85%): Lead the full delivery lifecycle including timelines, milestones, risk management, and client stakeholder communication.
  • Manage UAT sessions, stand-ups, and technical troubleshooting including advanced Excel use.
  • Develop scalable onboarding frameworks by documenting best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Work with Enterprise Support Lead and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to resolve challenges.
  • Act as a strategic advisor sharing client feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS onboarding/implementation, ideally with financial institutions.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, high-stakes delivery projects.
  • Strong client management skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with platform configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, SSO (e.g., Auth0, Okta), APIs, and data migration.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments and enterprise change management.

Remote Work Requirements

Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Physical Demands

This role requires regular communication, occasional physical tasks like lifting up to 15 pounds, and adaptability in various work environments.

Salary

Salary ranges between $125,000 and $140,000 per year.
