Job Description

The Product Inspector will inspect peeled hotdog franks to ensure they meet quality standards (proper size, non-broken, no casings) for corndog fryers. The role requires proper use of Personal Protective Equipment and adherence to company GMP and food safety procedures while meeting USDA regulatory requirements.

  • Inspect franks for quality and consistency

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods in a 46˚F environment, lift up to 50 pounds to a height of 6 feet, write pallet numbers clearly, and possess basic math skills. A pallet jack license is required and candidates must pass a criminal background check.
