As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Fossil – focused, committed and passionate about creating a superior shopping experience whilst embodying the Company’s core values.
You welcome our guests confidently and have the skill to build trusting relationships by sharing your product knowledge, actively listening and asking lifestyle questions to understand our guests’ needs. You take ownership of your daily tasks and are self driven to meet your individual sales and KPI targets. Together with the team, you help create a positive store atmosphere and contribute to achieving our goals – because at Fossil, it’s Greater Together.
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Associate
- Approach and engage our guests in a friendly and proactive manner
- Promote guest loyalty by providing a superior selling experience
- Provide recommendations by utilising product knowledge and storytelling
- Take ownership of individual targets and KPIs
- Adaptable and effective one on one selling skills
- Support product presentation and visual merchandising
- Contribute to the store’s success and a positive team spirit
