About the Software Asset and License Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Asset and License Manager to maintain and develop IT asset management processes, track assets, and manage our software license management processes and procedures at FOSS Polska.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain Effective License Positions (ELP) for strategic vendor software products.
  • Process software contracts, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure accurate license terms.
  • Review vendor product ELPs with business partners for compliance and optimal use.
  • Report and escalate risks or potential underutilization issues.
  • Support contract renewals and audits by providing accurate information.
  • Maintain and upgrade SLM tools, drive automation and data quality improvements.

What we Expect

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Software Asset or License Management in a global organization.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Practical knowledge in SLM and vendor licensing (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of IT software systems, virtualization, Cloud/SaaS/PaaS solutions.
  • Basic project management capabilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities.
