About the Role
The Website Content Maintenance Associate at Forvis Mazars will primarily collaborate with the web design and development team, and closely with the Email, Social, and SEO teams within the national office. This role is crucial for ensuring the consistent application and advancement of our national brand. Responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy of website content, such as industry and service descriptions, customer testimonials, thought leadership articles, events/webinars, and other webpages. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong communication skills are required to interact with various stakeholders for gathering information for website updates. The Website Content Maintenance Associate must also stay informed about changes in design trends and emerging technologies relevant to their role.
What You Will Do
- Become a Forvis Mazars brand champion, actively participating in Digital Team meetings to collaborate on digital strategy and evolution.
- Manage website content updates across multiple pages within our content management system using HTML/CSS.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality assurance processes, with accurate formatting and style of all webpages to provide deliverables that meet strategic objectives.
- Support speed to market for fast-tracked thought leadership, ensuring timely marketplace distribution for top-priority content.
- Learn to manage projects and tasks efficiently in our work management system, Workfront.
- Manage time wisely to simultaneously work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Business (with an emphasis in Digital Marketing), or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, including foundational digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with Google Analytics; familiarity with HTML; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
