Role Overview: Senior Accounting and Tax Compliance Consultant

We invite you to develop your career at Forvis Mazars! The selected candidate will join the Outsourcing team as a Senior Accounting and Tax Compliance Consultant, performing the following functions and projects in our accounting and tax outsourcing area:

• Direct interaction with clients of the firm.
• Preparation, analysis, and review of accounting records for a portfolio of clients.
• Execution of Reporting, Analytical Accounting, Treasury Forecasts, and any ad hoc information requested by the client.
• Preparation of recurring tax obligations for clients (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.) and other additional taxes to be filed (IAE, etc.).
• Preparation of census communications (model 036).
• Obtaining digital certificates.
• Elaboration of Annual Accounts and Official Books.
• Support for the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processes.
• Support in any functional area defined within the department, based on individual skills.
• Formal and informal training of less experienced professionals.

What We're Looking For

• Graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or similar fields.
• Postgraduate studies will be valued positively.
• Strong command of corporate taxation and accounting principles.
• High proficiency in Excel (user level).
• Knowledge of Sage Despachos software.
• High level of English (B2 or equivalent required, will be tested).
• At least 3-4 years of experience in business advisory.
