About the Role
Forum Ventures' Venture Studio is building the best B2B SaaS businesses from 0 to 1. We offer capital, investor networks, fundraising support, and resources needed to build transformational companies. The Founder Compliance Automation Platform role is designed for an experienced founder/CEO ready to build an AI-powered compliance automation solution that handles the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) reporting burden for pipeline operators.
What You Will Explore
The role focuses on creating an agentic platform that automates NPMS submissions end-to-end. You will be tasked with:
- Validating geospatial data
- Packaging metadata and generating OSAVE-ready files
- Providing always-on compliance management
- Expanding into adjacent oil & gas regulatory areas such as emissions reporting and PHMSA certifications

About You
You should have early-stage operator experience and expertise in one or more of the following: GIS data management, oil & gas compliance, regulatory tech, or enterprise SaaS. The role requires the ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams, navigate complex technical and operational challenges, and build effective partnerships. A passion for technology’s transformative power and a desire to be a venture-backed founder are essential. Collaboration in North American time zones is expected.
