Summary of Position

The Meat Production Cutter position, reinterpreted as Chicken Production Associate, is critical in executing efficient manufacturing and meeting yield and quality standards with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete daily and monthly production needs through hands-on manufacturing and packaging.
  • Understand production yield, quality standards, and adhere to department policies.
  • Model department core values to maintain a productive environment.
  • Perform all production related tasks and support policy improvements.
  • Assist with special assignments and report concerns promptly.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday, Days only.
