Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager representing the Therma-Tru, Fypon, and Larson brands, you will grow top line sales within the Southeast Texas / Southwest Louisiana territory. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key and prospective distributor accounts, serving as the primary front-line contact with customers ranging from executives to finance personnel.

The role involves developing business plans, owning customer relationships, collaborating with Regional Managers and other departments, presenting training on products, implementing marketing programs, resolving service issues, and handling administrative tasks. You will also maintain customer databases using CRM and attend trade shows when needed.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of outside sales experience, preferably with Millwork or Building Materials.
  • Experience in calling on distributors, dealers, builders, and/or contractors.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.

Additional Information

This role offers a remote schedule based in the Houston, TX area, covering the Houston Metro area to Lafayette, LA. The salary range is $75,000 - $95,000/year plus a sales incentive bonus.
