Overview
The Senior Manager Performance Marketing at Fortune Brands leads revenue marketing strategy for the direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, driving revenue, and delivering data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Paid Media: Own and execute paid digital strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon DSP, affiliates, and influencer networks to acquire and retain high-value DTC customers while optimizing CAC:LTV, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall media efficiency.
Site & Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with SEO, content strategists, and UX teams to improve product pages, landing flows, merchandising, and bundling strategies. Execute data-driven A/B tests to refine messaging, promotions, and funnel performance.
DTC Promotion & Product Marketing: Launch campaigns for new product releases, seasonal promotions, and service offerings. Create integrated marketing programs combining paid, owned, and earned media around key life moments.
Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting: Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and reporting frameworks for monitoring CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and subscriber growth. Forecast demand, build marketing mix models, and influence supply planning and site merchandising.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a team of performance marketers and agency partners. Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of DTC marketing experience with proven success in customer acquisition, performance media, and full-funnel campaign strategy. Experience managing 7-figure budgets and optimizing Commerce funnels (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) is required. Candidates should be familiar with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Looker, and Rockerbox and have a background in connected products, app-based services, or hybrid physical/digital ecosystems.
