Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and Insights, you will manage enterprise-level marketing analytics that shape brand strategy, media effectiveness, and investment across FBIN’s business units. You will integrate consumer and professional data, syndicated sources, and marketing analytics to support strategic planning and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve enterprise analytics and syndicated data strategy across key business units.
  • Oversee consumer and professional tracking studies for consistent, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Operations COE to evaluate media performance (ROAS, lift studies, MMA).
  • Deliver reporting and insights to guide brand, media, and business decisions.
  • Transform complex data sets into clear, engaging stories using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Interpret syndicated data sources like Nielsen, Circana, POS Data, and Panel Data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to connect insights with business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support two analysts, building skills in data analysis and communication.
  • Foster a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; 8+ years experience in marketing analytics or consumer insights; proficiency with data visualization tools; strong storytelling and communication skills; and experience in mentoring a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MBA or MA/MS in related fields), experience with consumer products analytics, familiarity with AI-enabled research, and experience with synthetic data tools.

Additional Information

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, IL with vibrant workspaces and onsite amenities.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary (estimated base salary range: 120,000 - 192,500 USD), bonus or sales incentive plan, comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) with company contribution, product discounts, flexible time off policies, and more.
