Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights will manage enterprise-level marketing analytics shaping brand strategy, media effectiveness, and investments across FBIN’s business units. Collaborating across multiple teams, you will turn complex data into accessible insights that influence brand, media, and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve enterprise analytics and syndicated data strategy across business units.
  • Oversee consumer and professional tracking studies for consistent, actionable insights.
  • Evaluate media performance including ROAS, lift studies, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Transform large data sets into clear, engaging reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
  • Interpret syndicated data sources to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Product, Strategy, and Data & Analytics.
  • Mentor two analysts to build skills in data analysis and effective communication.
  • Foster a culture of data-informed decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years in marketing analytics, syndicated data or consumer insights.
  • Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience in media effectiveness measurement (ROAS, Lift, MMA).
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring team members in analytics or insights roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or MA/MS in Marketing or related fields).
  • Experience with analytics in consumer products or omnichannel brand environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled research and advanced analytics methods.
  • Exposure to synthetic data tools or new research technologies.

Benefits & Additional Information

Fortune Brands offers comprehensive benefits including robust health plans, a market-leading 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, and many Employee Resource Groups. The salary range is estimated between $120,000 USD and $192,500 USD with bonus or incentive plans based on performance.

Location

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Future transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield is planned.
