Job Description

The Finance Systems team is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the operations of our finance systems. As the Manager, Finance Systems, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex Oracle EPM solutions, crucial for enterprise planning and decision-making. Your role includes expanding Oracle EPM capabilities, ensuring model integrity, scalability, and performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Support finance teams during month-end close, forecasts, and annual operating plans.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oracle EPBCS and EPCM.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides for effective system use.
• Gather requirements and transform user needs into actionable work.
• Maintain documentation on models, configurations, and process flows.
• Bridge communication between finance teams and IT.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Support team efficiency as backup for additional Oracle EPM solutions.

Qualifications

Basic: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; 8+ years of experience in finance/finance systems; 5+ years with Oracle Cloud EPBCS, EPCM, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting; strong expertise in Excel, Tableau, and Anaplan.

Preferred: Experience in Groovy scripting, demonstrated leadership, and Tableau dashboard development.
