Role Overview: Lead Analyst, Finance Systems

The Finance Systems team oversees strategy and operations of our finance systems. As the Lead Analyst, Finance Systems, you will lead design, development, and optimization of complex Anaplan models to drive enterprise planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support finance teams during month-end close, forecasts, and planning.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Anaplan system.
• Configure and maintain Anaplan modules, lists, pages and actions.
• Elicit requirements and translate business needs into actionable work.
• Document models, configurations, and process flows for end users.
• Implement scalable Anaplan solutions aligned with business goals.
• Act as liaison between finance teams and IT.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Support backup for other Oracle EPM solutions.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; 7+ years of relevant experience; Anaplan Certified Model Builder; advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred: Anaplan Solution Architect certification; leadership experience; Tableau dashboard development.

Location & Work Arrangement

This hybrid role is based in Deerfield, IL with onsite work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
