Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, B2C for our Security BU, you will lead the long-term success of assigned product lines. You will shape strategies that align with customer needs and business goals while fostering collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead strategic direction for product lines.
• Develop and manage product lifecycle from innovation to retirement.
• Lead cross-functional efforts on pricing, financial performance, and go-to-market execution.
• Oversee new product development through stage-gate processes.
• Strengthen retail and channel partnerships and support eCommerce growth.
• Utilize consumer insights and market research to guide decisions.
• Maintain clear documentation and support expansion planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management with big box retailers.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP or similar systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Background in durable goods, home improvement, or connected products.

Additional Information

A base salary range of $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD is estimated for this role, with additional bonus or sales incentive opportunities. Comprehensive benefits include robust health plans, a 401(k) with company contribution, flexible time off, and more.

Work Location

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield featuring vibrant workspaces and amenities including dining, onsite daycare, and fitness facilities.
