About the Role

At Fortra, your contributions matter. We are looking for a mission-driven Senior Data Science Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning systems in support of cybersecurity operations. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, integrating threat analytics into SIEM platforms, and deploying solutions via modern CI/CD workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end solution delivery from concept to deployment.
  • Architect robust data pipelines for ingesting and analyzing cybersecurity telemetry.
  • Design and deploy threat analytics frameworks integrated with custom SIEM solutions.
  • Create scalable ML infrastructure to support data scientists.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, MLOps, Software Engineering, and security teams.
  • Lead CI/CD initiatives for automating deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Ensure data integrity and high-confidence decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in data science, machine learning, cybersecurity, and threat analytics.
  • Expertise in streaming analytics, graph analytics, and data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and SIEM tools like Splunk.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern ML/AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and agentic workflows for automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Fortra offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, personal and professional development opportunities along with flexible work options. The compensation for this role ranges from $185,000 to $230,000 USD.
