Overview

At Fortra, your contributions matter. As a Sr. Account Executive - New England Region, you will be responsible for successfully selling Fortra's software products across Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.

What You'll Do

  • Make regular telephone calls to build relationships and follow up on leads.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and overcome objections to secure closures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers at all levels.
  • Develop sales strategies and goals for products and services.
  • Research potential customers and evaluate offerings against customer needs.
  • Prepare formal proposals and coordinate complex decision-making processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in selling software/technology solutions preferred.
  • Inside Sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and negotiate with an emphasis on closing sales.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 USD along with commission eligibility per plan terms, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision coverage, and enrollment in 401(k), HSA, and FSA plans.
