Role & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for maintaining existing software products and developing new ones, with a focus on building and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure for engineering services in a Continuous Delivery environment.

  • Analyze and resolve various DevOps issues
  • Write technical specifications based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
  • Mentor less experienced team members
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience and possesses:

  • Working knowledge of software life-cycle applications
  • Experience with DevOps concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency in programming, scripting, and automation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Docker)
  • Effective communication skills in English

Preferred Skills

Bonus skills include proficiency in an object-oriented language (Java, C#), IBM i skills, IBM Power platform and IBM i CL Programming.
