Treasury Management Sales Officer

This role will identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and deliver effective solutions, playing a key role in supporting the bank’s mission to deliver innovative financial solutions and exceptional service to clients across a diverse geographic footprint.

Job Details

• Proactively source new TM clients and deepen relations with existing clients
• Recommend appropriate cash management, payment, and fraud prevention solutions
• Present and explain TM products to clients and prospects
• Manage Fortifi Bank's TM systems and online banking platforms
• Conduct outreach and sales efforts across all bank locations
• Collaborate with frontline and back office teams for seamless onboarding
• Educate clients and internal teams on TM products, features, and benefits
• Track and report sales activities and revenue growth
• Follow bank policies and ensure compliance with regulations and security protocols

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in financial sales or services
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of TM products and services is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to all branch locations
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Successful completion of background and credit check required
