Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of events on-site.
• Event coordination with our clients.
• Coordination and support of external service providers.
• Briefings and close collaboration with setup, kitchen, and service teams.
• Ordering for events.
• Support with general administrative tasks in the office.

What You Bring:

• Experience in the event industry, ideally in an operational environment.
• Gastronomy experience.
• Organizational skills, strong communication, and a hands-on mentality.
• Resilience, team spirit, and enjoyment of varied tasks.
