We are hiring a Lead, Data Operations to bring structure, prioritization, and accountability to a high-volume data environment. This role owns the DataOps workflow end-to-end—ensuring requests are clearly defined, properly prioritized, and driven to resolution. - Act as the control point between Business Analytics and Data Engineering
- Manage dependencies, escalate appropriately, and close the loop on all work
- Push back when needed to protect focus and maintain priorities
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in data operations, marketing data, or analytics operations
