The Web Content & Experience Specialist - Connected Services supports the delivery of an outstanding shopping experience for Ford's Connected Services.
Responsibilities
This role requires deep customer insight, strategic content management, and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Be a subject matter expert on digital shopping patterns and customer needs.
- Manage content migration and the transition process for Integrated Services.
- Oversee web authoring and launch of Connected Services landing pages.
- Maintain Vehicle Home Pages during Model Year Change Over.
- Develop strategic site optimization for distinct customer journeys.
- Coordinate product bundle integration and lead cross-functional teams.
- Drive testing and innovative ideas in digital engagement.
- Align content strategies with SEO/SEM and media coordination.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field, and over 3 years of experience in digital project management and web content strategy. Experience with Adobe Suite (AEM, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager) and strong communication skills are essential. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partnerships is also required.
