Warehouse Team Member

Overview

The Warehouse Team Member at Ford Motor Company is responsible for warehousing tasks including stock keeping, picking customer orders, and preparing shipments using hand or power tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform various duties such as inventory maintenance, order picking, and shipment preparation. Must be willing to work flexible schedules, overtime, and maintain good attendance while following safety rules and procedures.

• Maintain inventory accuracy using scanners and manual checks.
• Pick customer orders with precision and speed.
• Prepare shipments and ensure quality control.
• Work on assigned shifts with occasional overtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
