Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at Ford Motor Company, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering end-to-end digital solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms. You will focus on AEM-based architectures, backend API integrations, security frameworks, and GraphQL-based data access layers. You will collaborate closely with product leadership and multiple stakeholders to ensure that technology strategies align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and technical strategy for AEM frontends and backend integrations focusing on security, scalability, and performance.
  • Design modern AEM SPA applications using ReactJS integrated with backend services via REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Architect secure solutions with API authentication, data encryption, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive architecture documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and occasionally deep dive into code to ensure quality.
  • Support migration and modernization initiatives towards cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud.
  • Advocate for reusable components, microfrontend architecture, and interoperability strategies.
  • Stay updated with AEM, GraphQL, web security best practices, and emerging cloud technologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM architecture and SPA development with ReactJS, robust backend integration skills including RESTful APIs and GraphQL, and deep understanding of web application security principles. Experience with Google Cloud Platform, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Consulting experience is a plus.
