About the Role
In the role of Product Group Manager, Integrated Services Data, AI and Analytics, you will:
- Define and articulate comprehensive data, analytics, and AI strategy.
- Lead and build a high-performing team of data professionals.
- Oversee design and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure.
- Drive AI initiatives to enhance subscription services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data into product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute data strategy aligned with business objectives, influencing multiple teams across the organization.
Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor and develop data scientists, analysts, engineers, and ML engineers while fostering an innovative culture.
Data & Analytics Platform Development: Oversee the development of robust platforms to support real-time and batch processing while maintaining high data quality standards.
AI Innovation & Implementation: Lead AI/ML model lifecycle from ideation through deployment with responsible AI practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, finance and sales teams to ensure data initiatives drive business success.
Performance & Impact: Establish KPIs and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 12+ years in relevant roles with at least 7 years in leadership. Experience in automotive, SaaS or subscription businesses, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is required. Advanced technical skills including proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning methodologies are essential.
