European Finance Calculator Product
The European Finance Calculator (EFC) product enables users to instantly see accurate monthly payments for their chosen Ford during their online shopping journey. In 2025 alone, we provided over 1.5 million quotes in EU5 markets, actively promoting the benefits of Ford Credit finance products and helping to make the dream of owning a new Ford more achievable whilst driving high-quality leads to Ford dealers. Now we're ready to accelerate by identifying new opportunities to expand on our existing capabilities and deliver new best-in-class customer experiences both with internal and external partners to Ford Credit. As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us to shape and deliver on our vision by delivering impactful features and continual improvements based on data-informed decisions in this fast-moving space.
The Team
Ford Credit Europe (FCE) is part of the Ford Motor Credit Company and headquartered in Dunton, UK. This Product Analyst role reports into the EU Product Team, and partners closely with Engineering, Design, and business partners across the organisation and external partners.
Responsibilities of a Product Analyst
As a Product Analyst you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery and growth of innovative digital solutions across one of our key customer segments across Europe. You'll work with other product managers, product analysts, engineers and product designers in a complex and matrixed environment whilst contributing to the roadmap of your area. You’ll be expected to:
- Support the creation and delivery of the product roadmap to enable us to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
- Understand the business strategy and then identify business and customers problems that need to be solved
- Translate these problems into opportunities and with combined research, define and frame the problem to be solved effectively to your team
- Deliver high quality and impactful launches through close partnership with a cross functional team including Ford Motor Company and external partners
- Help drive insights through quantitative and qualitive methods, develop and document requirements and investigate and measure solution performance to track if/how we’re solving the intended problem statement
- Help the wider team own and maintain the overall quality of your product area to ensure you and your team are always delivering world class software in every release
What Ford Motor Company is Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience working with digital data-oriented products in a product team
- A self-starter who shows initiative and self-drive to get the job done and is willing to get ‘stuck in’
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying product challenges, evaluating potential solutions, and defining clear approaches to enhance product value and user experience
- Capability to define, track, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product optimization through data-backed recommendations
- Understanding of customer journeys and has developed and delivered features to improve customer experiences and/or deliver business value
- A great communicator with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly then seek alignment across all parties and levels of the organisation
- Technical curiosity - you don't need to be a software engineer, but understanding technical concepts, system architecture, and API integrations will help you make better product decisions and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
- An organized, detail orientated person who can ask the right questions to help ensure we ship amazing products
- Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across a wider organization
- Experience working in financial services environment desirable but not required
