HR Technology Specialist

Overview

The HR Technology Specialist at Ford Motor Company supports data-driven decision making across all HR functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, expertise in Python and Power Tools, and a deep understanding of HR processes to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust Python-based data pipelines and integrate APIs including Large Language Models.
• Extract, parse, and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server and documents.
• Process and analyze data using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Automate data ingestion, reporting, and Excel outputs.
• Create HR dashboards, metrics, and KPI reports for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to deliver tailored data solutions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant work experience (minimum 3 years with a Master’s or 5 years with a Bachelor’s) is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Python (including libraries: requests, pandas, numpy, SQLAlchemy, pyodbc, openpyxl)
• Experience with API integration and Large Language Models
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and automation
