About the Role
The Director, Communications at Ford Motor Company is a global leadership role responsible for all internal and external communications for Ford Credit. You will develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that protect and nurture the company’s reputation while enhancing the Ford Credit brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global communication strategies for Ford Credit.
- Deliver executive counsel, internal communications, content creation, speechwriting, event planning, media relations, and crisis management.
- Serve as lead spokesperson and primary interface for Ford Credit media.
- Oversee production of engaging content across various internal channels.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across Ford Credit and Ford.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or related field. 8-10+ years of relevant experience in communications, journalism, public relations, internal communications and corporate communications. Proven success in executing communication strategies and high standards of excellence are required.
