Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outcome-driven Enterprise Account Manager responsible for selling Forcepoint's products. Your primary focus will be on finding, generating, and developing new distribution/retail partners to sell our products to end-users. You will be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within the distribution or retail sales channel, creating awareness and demand for our solutions. This role requires a strong ability to manage and close a pipeline of opportunities, forecast accurately, and excel in qualification, prioritization, organization, and focus. You will own the full sales process from lead development to deal closure and will be rewarded for exceeding your quota.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and implement customer account and opportunity plans aligned with company goals and quota objectives.
- Effectively engage sales resources, including SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives, in customer account plan development and implementation.
- Utilize the CRM system effectively for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities.
- Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
- Execute complex sales cycles and effectively manage sales processes and activities to exceed sales quotas.
- Interface with management at all levels to negotiate and exchange information.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Considered highly skilled in sales techniques with a strong understanding of company products/services.
- Comprehensive knowledge within the area of specialization, potentially utilizing industry/client knowledge to recommend product/service updates.
- Proven experience in selling products or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex sales independently.
- Utilizes product/service and industry knowledge to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions for clients.
- Typically possesses an established base of accounts and solid revenue/bookings responsibility.
- Sales completed with little to no supervision.
- Maintains an established network of contacts.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing clients. A true hunter!

Compensation
Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation. The salary range for this role is $260,000.00 - $280,000.00 annually, plus variable compensation. Actual salaries are determined by factors including location, experience, and performance. This is one component of Forcepoint’s total compensation package, which may include bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
