What We Are Looking For

An action-oriented builder to lead the strategy and execution for expanding our payments platform beyond EBT. You will focus on scaling our HSA/FSA payments product into a best-in-class offering in a $150B market. You will also evaluate and drive investments to add more payment methods, deepening the value for our business customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience impacting revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Proven record in driving product quality improvements and innovation.
• Experience in scaling product distribution and refining go-to-market strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills with a persuasive ability to present ideas.
• Passion for complex domains such as fintech, legal tech, payments or healthcare.
• Strong alignment with core values like "Mission-first" and "Act like an owner."

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across engineering, design, data science, GTM and legal teams.
• Ship new products and features that delight customers rapidly.
• Shape the expansion strategy and roadmap by engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Create feedback loops using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Influence the culture as an early member of the product team.
