Sales Associate
You recognize yourself when you enter one of our stores. You love talking about sports shoes and apparel, just as much as you love collecting them. You always stay up-to-date with the latest trends and love to share your enthusiasm with customers. You are good at starting spontaneous and friendly conversations, adapting to different types of customers, and solving problems with a smile. You enjoy working in a team while improving your individual skills in-store. Your success in this role will be measured by your personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide an excellent in-store experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by knowing all the products offered and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent retail services.
- Achieve sales targets, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational needs.
- Meet personal and productivity goals.
- Engage with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Be able to learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products, as well as current and upcoming products and trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Skills/Qualifications
- Zero to three years of retail experience.
- Be confident and comfortable engaging with customers and providing them with a remarkable experience.
- Be motivated to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm in interactions with customers and sports items.
- Take initiative in tasks and activities without direct supervision.
- Be available flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
