Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by knowing all the products offered and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent sales services.
- Generate sales, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational needs.
- Meet personal and productivity goals.
- Engage with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Be able to learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products, as well as upcoming products and trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Zero to three years of retail experience.
- Be confident and comfortable engaging with customers and providing them with an outstanding experience.
- Be motivated to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm in interactions with customers and sports items.
- Take initiative in tasks and activities without necessary supervision.
- Be available flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
