Introduction

The Operations Store Development Administrator at Foot Locker provides essential administrative and coordination support across the Design, Construction, and Facilities teams. This role ensures smooth workflows, timely documentation, proper data management, and efficient communication between internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners. This is a temporary maternity cover position requiring a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain organized, accurate project documentation across Store Development teams.
  • Support the administration and auditing of key project forms and reports.
  • Update project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
  • Serve as a central administrative point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate timely communication of updates, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Business Degree or equivalent with 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Detail focused with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Prior admin experience in construction, facilities, or retail is an advantage (but not required).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to function across all levels of a complex, culturally diverse matrix organization.
  • Strong level of autonomy and self-accountability.
