What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Legal Operations and Practice Group Leads.
- Lead financial hygiene and housekeeping protocols for the legal teams.
- Provide analytical commentary on management information for decision making.
- Work with Finance Business Partners to deliver insights on client contributions and profitability.
- Drive business tools for pricing and profitability decisions.
- Support change initiatives ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
- Serve as a conduit between legal teams and support functions in efficiency projects.
- Manage people support in designated focus areas alongside HR Business Partners.
- Identify key risks and liaise with related support teams.

- High quality, accurate financial and analytical reporting skills.
