What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Legal Operations and Practice Group Leads.
  • Lead financial hygiene and housekeeping protocols for the legal teams.
  • Provide analytical commentary on management information for decision making.
  • Work with Finance Business Partners to deliver insights on client contributions and profitability.
  • Drive business tools for pricing and profitability decisions.
  • Support change initiatives ensuring operational and financial targets are met.
  • Serve as a conduit between legal teams and support functions in efficiency projects.
  • Manage people support in designated focus areas alongside HR Business Partners.
  • Identify key risks and liaise with related support teams.
