Opportunity Overview

The Role

We are looking for a Partner / Co-Founder Investor who enters AidaGPT's cap table and contributes directly to the company's strategic, commercial, and organizational growth.

Based on the profile, contribution, and impact generated, the role can evolve into a key leadership position, including the possibility of holding the role of CEO.

This is not a passive investment opportunity.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner, oriented towards building value in the medium to long term.

What You Will Do

Based on your profile and level of involvement, you will contribute to:

• Defining the growth strategy and enterprise positioning
• Supporting or leading B2B and enterprise go-to-market
• Developing commercial and institutional partnerships
• Building and scaling the sales model (SMB, enterprise, on-premise)
• Evolving the product offering and pricing
• Participating in governance (board / advisory board) or a key role (CEO/COO)

Full-time is not mandatory, but real, continuous, and execution-oriented involvement is essential.
