About Folonite

Folonite is pivoting from the EV space into AI infrastructure. We are building a virtual AI Operating System that functions like a real computer user by running in an isolated environment.

What Folonite Does

• Uses any application (browsers, email clients, office tools, IDEs)
• Manages its own file system (download, organize, process files)
• Logs into websites & apps via secure password managers
• Reads and processes documents (PDFs, spreadsheets, text files)
• Executes complex, multi-step workflows across multiple tools

Product & Founder Details

Product is ~80% complete. Next milestone: Fundraise, launch, and scale. The founder, Sarveshwar, has built and exited multiple startups and handles the technical aspects of architecture, product and execution.

Role Overview: Co-Founder - AI OS & Business Fundraising

This true founder-level role offers equal partnership (50/50). As a Co-Founder, you will lead business strategy, fundraising and investor relations, go-to-market, partnerships, and operations scaling.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates are ex-founders who have scaled/exited companies or VC/operators with strong startup instincts. You should be obsessed with execution speed, comfortable with high pressure, and ready for hands-on work.

Timeline

• Fundraising: Next 30 days
• Team setup & scaling: Immediately after fundraising
• Product launch: April end or May beginning
