Job Description

As an Administrative Business Partner at Flywire, you will collaborate with multiple executives to optimize performance and maximize efficiency through calculated planning and organization. You will be an ambassador for our culture both internally and externally, coordinating teams and supporting events.

  • Manage executive calendars with scheduling and prioritization.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and related documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for global communications.
  • Handle day-to-day administration including expense submissions and event coordination.
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare presentations and communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a fast-paced administrative role. Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Experience with international executive teams and proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Concur are essential.
