The Opportunity

As a L&G Senior Program Manager, you will help design and deliver global learning assets, programmes and experiences to empower FlyMates. Collaborate with key stakeholders across regions to enhance learning strategy, improve learner experiences, foster innovation, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and assess strategic learning solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Lead performance consulting and programme development from concept to execution.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Manage regional and remote learning programmes including logistics.
  • Create engaging learner experiences across virtual, in-person and blended formats.
  • Apply modern L&D methodologies such as social learning, design thinking, and crowdsourcing.
  • Implement and manage learning technology systems integrated with HRIS platforms.
  • Use analytical skills to track impact and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with global L&G and People teams to co-create scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ L&D experience.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and passionate about people development.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt based on feedback.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are desired.
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a global setup.
