Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

The Senior Technical Product Owner will drive the roadmap for FLYR’s Offer Engine, a core element of the Offer & Orders platform. This role collaborates with leadership, product teams, and airline experts to transition from legacy systems to modern Offer & Order solutions, ensuring product flexibility and effective revenue management.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Align on shopping and reshopping flows with offer & order teams.
  • Collaborate with airline customers on booking and servicing scenarios.
  • Integrate with modules like product catalogue, pricing engine, and order management.
  • Define product specifications and detailed use cases.
  • Develop and execute a continuous product roadmap.
  • Refine and maintain the product backlog with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate regular product demos for stakeholder feedback.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years in building or managing API-first products.
  • Hands-on experience with airline distribution solutions and PSS systems.
  • Knowledge of New Distribution Capability (NDC) and ONE Order standards.
  • Experience with product lifecycle methodologies from idea to launch.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Expertise in cross-product collaboration and managing inter-team dependencies.
