As a Principal Software Engineer, you are a recognized technical authority and visionary leader, driving innovation and shaping the organization's strategic direction. You are a force multiplier, elevating the performance, technical expertise, and strategic thinking of your peers across teams and departments. What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

• 12+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and Redis.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex software systems.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and distributed systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish (fluency in both is a plus).
