Role Objective:

The Charter Sales Associate (Aviation) will actively generate and close private jet charter sales by building relationships with brokers, understanding travel needs, sourcing aircraft options, providing competitive quotes, and managing the booking process while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Tasks:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through personalized service.
  • Aircraft Sourcing: Identify suitable aircraft from the company fleet based on client requirements.
  • Quote Generation: Create detailed, competitive charter quotes including itineraries and pricing.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operations to coordinate all flight-related arrangements.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulations.

Competencies:

  • Strong sales acumen and deal closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service focus and long-term relationship building.
  • Aviation knowledge (preferred).
  • CRM and organizational proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and professional judgment.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in an office environment located in Ocoee, Florida, with flexibility for remote work after standard office hours.

Physical Demands & Travel:

This position requires sitting for long periods, occasional physical effort, and travel to meet clients, brokers, and attend trade shows.

Required Education/Experience:

A minimum of three years of proven experience in a similar role is required.

Work Authorization:

Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
