Overview

The Scheduler at Flux Resources will support planning and execution of capital projects in Atlanta, GA. This role is critical for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Identify milestones, critical path activities, and scheduling constraints
  • Evaluate project progress through site inspections and reporting inputs
  • Update schedules regularly and perform variance analysis
  • Generate schedule-related reports including look-aheads and histograms
  • Recommend corrective actions for schedule delays
  • Review contractor and vendor schedules for alignment with project goals
  • Prepare as-built schedules and contribute to post-project evaluations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on capital projects
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
  • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, resource loading, and performance analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Must work onsite in Atlanta, GA (relocation assistance available)
