Job Description
Trade Compliance Specialist
Fluidra is seeking an Import Technician for our Sant Cugat office.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in import management: Document review: Requirements to comply with customs regulations of preferential agreements.
- Generate and review DUAS: tax settlement: Plastic - Gases - duties - VAT.
- Knowledge of tariff contingents.
- Knowledge in Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) management.
- Knowledge in AEO maintenance.
- Submission of applications to AEAT agencies.
- Knowledge in Paraduaneros: Soivre (RoHS and WEEE).
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare dispatch instructions for Forwarders.
- Prepare, review, and manage imports with AEO status.
- Control of ADT and DA.
- Review of Import file status, correct settlement of import DUAS.
- Contact with Suppliers, Forwarders, internal clients, customs agents, carriers, and warehouse for correct coordination of necessary import documents and to attend customs requirements.
- Manage Customs applications: Requirements, complementary settlements, and waivers.
- Control costs and delivery times.
- Participation in departmental projects.
- Support in the generation of export documents.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multimodal Import operations.
- Languages: Advanced English (essential).
- Education: International Trade, Logistics, or similar.
- Knowledge: of customs regulations, incoterms, and tariff classification.
- Software: Office 365, Customs dispatch and Customs Warehouse control programs.
