About the Role
This is a role in the Flowmingo Partner Program where you, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, use your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers. With no fixed hours or quotas, you work on your own schedule and earn competitive commissions for each successful referral.
What You'll Do
- Share Flowmingo with your HR and recruiting network.
- Facilitate connections and clarify how the platform integrates into hiring workflows.
- Provide product feedback to help improve the platform.
- Earn commission for every successful referral, including bonuses when onboarding your own company.
