Overview
Flowdesk's mission is to build a global financial institution for digital assets with market integrity and efficiency. This role is designed for a systems thinker with product sensitivity and operational intuition, crucial for building scalable internal platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
The Head of Internal Product will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Flowdesk's internal systems stack. This strategic operating role sits at the intersection of product management, automation, and operational infrastructure.
- Own the long-term product roadmap for internal systems.
- Translate operational pain points into scalable tooling.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives with engineering, compliance, legal, and finance.
System Ownership - Internal Terminals
Oversee a suite of internal tools including Compliance Terminal, Middle Office Terminal, Telegram Terminal, and AI Terminal. Ensure that every tool is built with reliability, auditability, and high utility in mind.
Team Management & Scale
Lead the Delta team, recruitment, and mentoring of engineers, and structure a high-performance team. Work with an international team based in France and drive a fast and efficient delivery culture.
Technical & Operational Excellence
Implement smart automation and ensure tools are secure, maintainable, and scalable. Collaborate with Infra, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams to meet compliance and resilience standards.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in product ops, internal tooling, or business automation roles.
- Experience managing internal platforms in regulated or tech-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of automation stacks like Retool, Workato, Make.com.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of crypto operations and associated tooling.
- Experience with secure LLMs and internal AI agents.
- Familiarity with scaling the Atlassian stack in a growing company.

Compensation and Recruitment Process
The base salary range for this role is between $175,000 and $225,000 in the State of New York. Recruitment steps include multiple interviews with HR, technical leads, and executive leadership in the NYC office.
