Enterprise Strategy Analyst

Job Overview

The Enterprise Strategy Analyst role supports GuideWell leadership and core business units with activities essential to the company's short and long-term strategic goals. The role provides analytical and critical thinking support, assists in market, regulatory and policy research, competitive intelligence gathering, and market trend analysis. It also involves developing executive-level presentation materials to aid leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify key business trends and drive strategic decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives and create executive presentation materials.
• Design internal communications and data summaries for leadership audiences.
• Manage key deliverables with internal and external resources under guidance.

Requirements

• 4+ years related work experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with executive-level quality output.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork, independent critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in strategy planning methodologies with proven deadline delivery.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Data analysis and storytelling skills with experience in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Industry experience in health care, consulting, or financial services.
