About the Role: Flooring Sales Manager at Floor Coverings International
Floor Covering International of SW Denver, a trusted, family-owned business, is expanding its footprint and seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Flooring Sales Manager to join its team. This remote, commission-based role serves the SW Denver and Summit County area, focusing on both residential and commercial flooring solutions. As an independent contractor, you'll drive business development and sales growth, manage leads, and build strong client relationships, contributing to an exceptional customer experience with premium products and top-quality installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Property Managers, Realtors, and Builders to establish Floor Coverings International as their preferred flooring vendor.
- Prospect for and develop new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements.
- Close sales and manage the entire customer journey from initial consultation through successful installation.
- Collaborate effectively with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify future business opportunities.
- Represent Floor Coverings International professionally in all interactions, upholding brand reputation and integrity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a proactive, focused, disciplined, and "go-getter" attitude. We are looking for individuals with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory management.
- Experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or real estate is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- A high level of professionalism and a steadfast commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
