Business Development and Flooring Sales Manager - Littleton, CO

Floor Coverings International of SW Denver is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Territory Manager to join our growing, family-owned flooring business. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience with premium products and top-quality installation to both residential and commercial clients in the SW Denver and Summit County areas.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving business development and sales growth for the South West Denver area. This role involves generating new business, managing leads, and cultivating strong client relationships. Success hinges on a commitment to customer satisfaction, proactive outreach, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Property Managers, Realtors, Builders, and other key partners to establish Floor Coverings International as their preferred flooring vendor.
  • Prospect for and develop new customer relationships through strategic networking, leveraging referrals, and utilizing company-provided leads.
  • Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to thoroughly assess client needs and expertly recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional, compelling proposals and accurate quotes.
  • Skillfully close sales and manage the entire customer journey, from initial consultation through to final installation.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless and successful project execution.
  • Maintain regular, proactive contact with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify potential future business opportunities.
  • Represent the company with the utmost professionalism in all interactions, upholding brand reputation and integrity.
