Floor Coverings International of SW Denver is a trusted, family-owned flooring business serving the SW Denver and Summit County area. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for business development and sales growth in the South West Denver area. This role focuses on generating new business, managing incoming leads, and building strong, lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Property Managers, Realtors, Builders, etc.
  • Prospect for and develop new customer relationships through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.
  • Close sales and manage the customer journey from consultation through installation.
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain regular client contact to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, focused, disciplined, go-getter attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to outstanding customer service.
